You retain ownership of the letters you write. By sending a letter, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver it to the intended recipient. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Stamps & Virtual Currency

Stamps are virtual items used within the Service. Free stamps are provided as part of the Service. Purchased stamps are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify the stamp economy (costs, allocation rates) with reasonable notice.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, your personal data is anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
